Returns are accepted if there is a fault with the item, the item must be received within 14 days of the order being paid for. The item must be returned in the same condition as when it was sent out.

If you request a return, please email retroflexshop@gmail.com, quoting your order number and clearly stating the reason for return.

Please note: Returns are not accepted for incorrect sizing as all sizes are clearly stated within each listing, they will also not be accepted if you do not like how the item looks in hand as pictures have been provided. Refunds will only be for the cost of the items ordered; you will not be refunded for postage or other expenses.

Returns for faulty items are accepted, providing it is not mentioned in the item description. If the fault is stated in the description you will not be eligible for a refund.
